The memo Que help probably explains this, and I'm fairly sure that I've done that in a few past articles or videos, but the simplest example to remember is that words at the beginning of a sentence are capitalized (except for some weird trademarks), and the same words farther on in the sentence aren't unless they are proper nouns or something like that.
I never knew what they meant by "permissive" regarding to case sensitiveness. It is never permissive enough for me. I always have this like "No"
